Greater Vancouver drivers, for the first time in history, will pay more than $1 billion in gas taxes—yet they're still being tolled to drive on the TransCanada Highway. CTF B.C. Director Jordan Bateman wants to know why. From CTF Gas Tax Honesty Day, May 17, 2012.
